Returns

• Aapnam.com endeavors to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
• Aapnam.com offers you an easy return policy, we do offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered. If you’ve had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), if you find that you’ve made an error with size (for clothing), or if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement.
• If you would like to exchange a piece of clothing for a different size or have received a defective product please write to us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a refund which will be processed in 7-10 working days. Products cannot be exchanged or returned for reasons other than the above.
• Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient. Once received, our team will study the need for return or exchange, and based on their jurisdiction the exchange request will be processed.

• General Rules for a successful Return IN certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
  During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed.
• Wrong Delivery – (Customer received delivery message, product not delivered):’In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate. Once the product is received at our end, it will go through an internal quality check. After the product is verified, we will process the Exchange request. The returned product should be fresh, unwashed, unaltered and unused with the tag intact as it will be checked at our end.
• No refunds will be given in the following cases: In case of design and colour variations Products returned in a used or damaged condition and something is missing or different

• Video & Damage Package Terms for Return :- We request you to kindly check your packet at the delivery time of all the products that you are purchasing with aapnam.com, Check your packet to see if your packet has been opened or broken. If you found your packet is opened or broken, then we request to you please not accept it and take a photo or a video of it, we can ask for a video or photo if needed. If your packet is open or broken and you accept it, some of it is missing, or it is changed or it is broken, then we will not be responsible for it. We also have a request from you, while opening your packet, please make a good video of it, in which your packet should be visible from all sides and it should not be opened or broken. The video will keep telling you until the packet shows what happened and how it turned out, if something is not right or something is missing in that packet, then please mail or whatsApp us that video. If you are unable to provide us a video while opening your package, we will have no responsibility if something changes, breaks or misses.
• If a customer would like to return the product then the customer is bound to pay courier charges of ₹ 240 or more according to the product 3% payment gateway charge, If the delivery address was of India, For International shipment then we will deduct USD $ 20 per items for shipping charge + 3% payment gateway charge. But there’s a good chance that if you ask for payment in the wallet you do not have to pay 3% payment gateway charges. 
• To return or exchange a product or report any damages in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 1 day of delivery at 080-48122698 between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (ist) or email us at info@aapnam.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
