Refund Policy

The refund will only be directed before the shipment of the product. Further Returns are not applicable to all the products of the Seller displayed on Aapnam.com. Please refer to our Return Policy. The refund will directly go into the wallet within 24 hours after the product has been received.The refunded amount can be used by the customer to purchase the product from the aapnam.com.Customers can request to transfer the amount to the account but in that scenario, an additional 3% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the same amount.
The packaging is a big deal and so the customer needs to make sure that it has been done very specifically and during the packaging process the video must be made which could be requested by the Aapnam from the customer anytime.
Our international customer can return the product within 15 days after they receive the product and they shall also make the video while packaging the product.
Our international customer can expect the refund into their Aapnam wallet but in terms of our international customer’s courier charges $ 20+$ 20 = $ 40 and 3% payment gateway charges will be deducted from the same amount if you money in bank account. If you put the refund money in your aapnam.com wallet, then gateway no charge will be deducted. However, the remaining amount will be refunded within 24 hours after the product is received.
